30 Days or More Before Arrival – No Charge (Full Refund)
22 to 29 Days Before Arrival – 10% Cancellation Charge
15 to 21 Days Before Arrival – 50% Cancellation Charge
10 Days or Less Before Arrival – 100% Cancellation Charge (No Refund)

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Any transaction fees incurred during refunds will be borne by the customer.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events), we may offer rescheduling options instead of cancellation.
